Description: Titania is a very pretty elven woman that appears to be 
about 24 in human years. After waking up (see background) she became a 
headhunter and now pilots a modified suit of T-21 Terrain Hopper, 
painted black. She has used a few electroadhesive pads to secure her 
weapons to the armor so they don't come off when flying. Her rifle is 
attached to the right side of her pack, the vibrosword on the left, and 
her vibroknife on her right calf. The grenades are held on her thighs, 
3 on each leg. When in the suit she wears a skin-tight body suit so 
that she can fit in the tight fitting armor. Her normal clothes are 
stowed in the backpack. When out of the armor, she wears a pair of 
black fatigue pants, black boots, a black halter, and a leather jacket. 
She is often seen with a pair of mirrored shades hiding her baby blues. 
If she is out of her armor it usually means that she isn't allowed to 
wear it and instead relies on her cyber-armor and her pistols: a .45 in 
a shoulder rig and an ion blaster on her right thigh. The only thing 
that mars her beautiful features is a bionic left arm plated in bright 
chrome.

Background: Titania woke up laying in a gutter over two years ago with 
her left arm, and memory, missing. The stump was cauterized, but she 
was in trouble. After throwing her morals out the window in order to 
survive, she made enough money to purchase a bionic arm and get out of 
that life. She still has no idea who she is, but she has built up a 
"life" comprised of hunting down fugitives, acting as a bodyguard, and 
a variety of other assignments for the highest bidder. She has made a 
bit of cash, enabling her to put together a little arsenal, but has 
since fallen on hard times and is nearly out of money. She needs work 
badly.

Power Armor: Modified T-21 Terrain Hopper
 This suit of T-21 Power Armor has been modified by Titania. She
 removed the standard jet pack and replaced it with another pack which
 provides better flight abilities. The new pack is very thin, instead
 of having a thruster in the middle of the back there are two on small
 wings. This allows an armored backpack to be worn, solving a great
 deal of Titania's cargo problems. Her rifle and sword are attached to
 the pack with electro-magnetic pads. Her vibroknife is attached to the
 calf area, while the .45 and ion blaster are in the backpack.
