Nicholas Knight, Channeler by Gabriel
Okay, first off, I took some liberties with this NPC. He's originally a special forces soldier who snapped and became a channeler. However, I didn't want him to stop practicing his skills so I switched his OCC but left his skills to progress normally. So he's really 9th level but he has 6th level channeler powers. Second, I know that channelers require a ME of 9. He's a psycho so I didn't want him to have an ME of 9. Third, he's really deadly and psychotic, so if you're going to use him, use him right.

Character Information:
 Nicholas Knight was a good army man and ended up being transferred to 
 the Green Berets after his first year. During his second year in the 
 Green Berets, he was on a mission and his team had just killed off an 
 enemy platoon, when the sky went black. Darkday had occurred. It seems 
 that not the entire enemy platoon was dead because before he knew it, 
 his team was dying around him, being torn to pieces. He found out later 
 that one of the enemy had undergone their Becoming and their newfound 
 regenerative abilities kicked in, healing him. He then tore apart the 
 squad and almost got Knight before he emptied an entire clip from his 
 M-16 in the Nightbane's chest at point blank range. However, the trauma 
 overwhelmed Nicholas's weak mind and he snapped. He went totally insane 
 and killed everything in sight. When he was out of bullets he started 
 hacking things, living or dead, to pieces with his knife.
 The next year is very hazy in his memory, but somehow he made it back 
 to America and New York City in particular. During this time he had 
 developed strange magical powers and was contacted infrequently by a 
 creature that seemed to be his benefactor. The young Demon Lord had 
 gifted Nicholas with extraordinaty powers in order that he provide 
 sacrifices to the Demon. Over the past 5 years Nicholas has done just 
 that, killing at least one person per week. He is now officially the 
 most wanted man in the world, being suspected of over 500(!) ritual 
 murders. For an odd reason, however he has never been caught by the 
 police. What really is happening is that the Demon is having all police 
 who get near him killed on sight by a roving band of Dakini and 
 Necrophim. Nicholas's muders amuse him immensely and he doesn't want 
 his fun ruined. From the people he has murdered he has gained a 
 powerful arsenal or magical artifacts and during magical peaks he may 
 shine like a beacon to other supernaturals. Luckily his unseen team of 
 'Guardian Angels' and his own powers have been enough to keep him safe 
 from other hunters.
 Nicholas Knight appears to be a large man dressed totally in black and 
 carrying a slender bundle on his back (the Mo Long Jen). He has greasy 
 black hair which hangs down slightly past his shoulders, and a 
 perpetually unshaven look. He is totally insane and actually derives 
 sexual pleasure from his murders (and he has a big libido, apparently). 
 He will kill _anyone_ without a second thought, whether it be a group 
 of school children, his mother (wait, he already killed her...), or a 
 cute little rabbit. He has NO remorse. He is rather prone to violent 
 outbursts, also. He is not always a cold, calculating murderer.
Special Abilities: 
 - Special Anti-Supernatural Bonuses: Attack bypasses the creature's
   natural AR, inflicting normal damage. Counts as 2 attacks, may
   require a Lore: Demon & Monster check. If the creature is wearing
   body armor, the roll must be above that AR to work.
 - Energy Attacks do 1/2 damage

   recently resurfaced in New York City and was stolen by Nicholas.

   Range:  600' range for bolts (+3 to strike)
   Powers: Helps mask one's presence by muffling sound, magically
   darkening the area around a person slightly and masking their
   shadow. Gives +25% to prowl.
2. TK-Uzi: An artifact from an unknown world. Nicholas took this from a
   champion of the light whom he killed soon after becoming a
   channeler. He was able to figure out how to use it rather easily,
   almost instinctually. The gun fires bullets made from telekinetic
   energy, leaving no slug for police to find nor casings nor powder
   marks. Nothing. This is actually a Techno-Wizard Uzi SMG from Rifts
   Earth.

     wearer invisible if they spend 5 PPE per 10 minutes. When not
     activated, appears as a black woolen trenchcoat with a hood. When
     activated, the wearer turns invisible with the same restrictions
     as Invisibility: Simple (see page 131 of Nightbane). Note: There
     is no name for the coat that Nicholas knows of, but his bent mind
     decided that "Technicolor Dreamcoat" would be appropriate.
